Return & Refund Policy – ALT/SEASON

All products sold by ALT/SEASON are print-on-demand items, manufactured specifically for each order based on original artwork designs. In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, custom-made and personalized goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

This means that once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged simply because you changed your mind.

Cancellations before production: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it enters production. Please contact us as soon as possible at altseason.store@gmail.com if you wish to cancel.

Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at altseason.store@gmail.com including photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong product, we will correct this promptly at no additional charge;
