Shipping Policy – ALT/SEASON
All products sold by ALT/SEASON are print-on-demand items, produced to order by our fulfillment partner, Gelato.
Production time: Orders typically enter production within 1–2 business days of purchase. Production itself takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the product.
Delivery time: After production, shipping times vary by destination:
- EU: typically 2–5 business days
- United States: typically 3–7 business days
- Other regions: typically 7–14 business days
Total time from order to delivery is generally 5–12 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered.
Order tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Customs and import duties: For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed shipments: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at altseason.store@gmail.com and we'll help track down your package.
